|How experienced do you have to be to attend one of your classes?
|All of our classes are meant for people of all skill levels to be able to participate. All the tools and supplies are sanitized and ready for use, meaning you don't have to bring anything but yourself.
I try to create an environment that allows you to learn in your own way and receive in-person guidance.
|How do I know if there is space left in a class or an event?
We take care of booking through calls, emails and Facebook messaging. We reply very quickly once messaged and will let you know the status of the event/class. Call 519-534-2224, email /contact-us.htm or message us on Facebook.
|Do you offer refunds for missed or cancelled events/classes?
|No, we generally do not offer refunds for products or events. For instances in which there should be some type of reimbursement, we do sometimes offer store credit. If there is any chance that you may be eligible for store credit just reach out to me directly.
