SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment. If your order is to be delayed you will be contacted immediately.

Karen’s Creations is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

The following shipping options are available through Canada Post. These are the Canada Post guidelines, the shipping items are not guaranteed.

Within Canada  

1. Canada Post Expedited Parcel- Delivered the next business day locally 1 to3 business days within Ontario, and 2 to 7 business days between major Canadian centers.
2. Canada Post Xpresspost- Delivers the next business day locally 1-2 business days and 2 business days nationally between most major Canadian canters. Please contact for pricing.
3. Canada Post Priority Courier- Delivers noon the next  business day locally and regionally (between most major Canadian centers), or the next business day nationally. Please ask for prices.

To the U.S.A

1. Canada Post Expedited Parcel- Has a delivery expectation of 6 to 9 business days from major centers in Canada and the continental U.S.A.

International Orders ( Outside Canada and the U.S.A.)

TAXES

All purchases shipped within the province of Ontario are subject to PST 7% and GST 6%

HST is collected from residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. GST is collected from all other provinces.

Please be aware that if you are using a coupon code with your order the discount will only be taken off of regular priced items.

We make every attempt to keep our inventory up to date and fully stocked. There are times however  that  stock may not be available. You will be contacted if this should occur.

Return Policy

If you feel that an item is damaged or defective please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order). If you wish to return an item you must request a refund or exchange. All returns must be approved before returning.  Items that are excluded for return are as follows adhesives or glues, die cuts, idea books, stickers any prepackaged items that have been opened.

We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Defective may be returned for a replacement or a refund. Manufacturer’s defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.
