Where to buy a ticket?
At your local Scrapbooking store.
Each Store that is participating will do a free make and take with you at their store. While you are there get your ticket stamped. Once you have completed your tour to each store you can deposit your ticket in a ballot to win a grand prize of a $250.00 gift cert. 2nd prize of $150.00 gift cert 3rd prize of $50.00 gift certificate!
